blog avatarHey everyone, I’d like to take a little time to talk to you all about my Patreon!

Making the comic and the podcast is a whole lot of fun, but it is also a whole lot of work. It’s mostly fun work, but it is definitely work. Between writing, drawing, inking and colouring the comic; recording and editing the podcast, maintaining the websites, designing merch for the upcoming store, and maintaining a presence on social media to advertise and support it all, I’m putting in a good 60+ hours a week on this endeavor. I love the work, but I would also love to get paid for the work.

And that brings us to Patreon!

Since I’m working for myself, the only way I get paid is if someone is buying, and that’s a difficult proposition for stuff that anyone can go enjoy for free. So I’m appealing to your better natures: If you enjoy the comic and/or the podcast and feel like it has value for you, please consider becoming one of my Patrons!

Nothing feels better than knowing you are contributing to the productivity and creativity of an artist. You can give as much or as little as you feel like, and you can alter or end your patronage at any time. For the cost of a single cup of coffee a month, you can help a struggling artist feed himself! He can eat even more if it was a fancy coffee!

Your support is what will make Nonstop Pop! Possible in the long term. Head on over to my Patreon page and choose your level of contribution! Be sure to tell all your friends about the comics and the podcast. Share it on your social media feeds. Word of mouth is the most effective (and only) advertising I can get. The more people who share the comic, the more people will see it. The more people who support on Patreon, the more people will follow suit. It’s like a snowball rolling downhill. You can help me become a big, dangerous snow boulder!

Every little bit helps. It all adds up, the more drops in the bucket the faster that bucket gets filled! Remember, Sharing is Caring. That rhymes so it must be true!

Your support is a huge help to me in being able to continue to create the comic and podcast on a full-time basis.
