I’ve had insomnia for as long as I can remember. It’s not a lot of fun. I try to keep it under control by adhering to a fairly strict bedtime. The idea is that if I go to bed at the same time every day, my body will adjust to such. It works okay, but I wouldn’t call it a wildly successful strategy.

Netflix is definitely an insomnia enabler. Although, I find it much less so now that I don’t have access to American Netflix. The Canadian Netflix selection isn’t bad, but the American Netflix catalogue is far superior.

I actually find that I don’t use Netflix all that often these days. Sometimes I think about cancelling my membership. Maybe I will. Unless of course Netflix would care to sponsor me? In which case I think Netflix is fabulous and I highly recommend it to one and all!
