I really like McDonald’s ice cream. It’s my favourite soft serve. It’s the mouth feel you see, McDonald’s ice cream feels colder than Dairy Queen. It’s a function of the fat content. One day when you’ve all made me rich and famous, I want a soft serve machine. My friend Lisa, who is a professional chef, informs me that I don’t actually want a soft serve machine. I’m pretty sure that I do, but she’s much more knowledgeable than I am in these matters, so I’m sure she’s right.
