Nonstop Pop!

Based on multiple true stories. As a big fan of toys, I often find myself purchasing items that cashiers assume are for my non-existent children. Unlike in the comic though, I don’t really find this awkward. My enthusiasm for toys overrides any embarrassment I might otherwise feel.  Which is kind of strange now that I think about it, as I will get embarrassed for just about anything.

I often suffer from what I refer to as “Second Hand Embarrassment” while watching television shows or movies. If a character is doing something that I would be horribly embarrassed to do, I feel that embarrassment for them. It sucks. There are a lot of shows and movies I am incapable of watching without becoming a squirming mass of utter embarrassment.
